Job Summary
Our client is a highly reputable Housing Association with a proven track record in investing into dedicated and dependable workers. Looking for an experienced multi trade carpenter to carry out planned repairs on void and tenanted social housing properties across the Birmingham region.
Responsibilities
Work will involve carrying out reactive and planned repairs, including kitchen and bathroom repairs.
Work Conditions
This is a temp‐to‐perm position working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. Pay rate: £20 per hour. Van and fuel card provided.
Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 in Carpentry
- Experience delivering multi‐trade work with additional trade skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
