Great opportunity to work for a well-respected Housing Association that are looking for organised and hard-working administrators for their Repairs & Maintenance division. The ideal candidate will be organised and experienced within a fast-paced Repairs & Maintenance environment, with experience of using housing management and workforce planning systems.
Pay: £13.80 per hour
Hours: 37 per week
Duration: 4 Months
Role would include maintaining and producing information, collating detailed information and ensuring all material, plant, and subcontractor orders are updated on the relevant systems. Printing, scanning, and photocopying, stationery ordering, distribution of post and filing, etc.
