A great opportunity we have going for an award winning local authority in the Killingworth region. Our client is a highly reputable council with a proven track record for investing in hard-workers looking for long runs of work.

The job would be carrying out planned and reactive works across domestic properties which would involve repairing architraves, skirting installation, hanging doors, etc. as part of an award winning maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to get in with a council which guarantees consistent work and valuable experience.

Pay Rate: 19.00 P/H (Umbrella)

Hours: 37 per week - 08:00AM - 16:00PM

Length: 4 Months

Depot Location: NE12

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in Joinery/Carpentry
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven track record working with/for Local Housing Associations
