Salary: £23,800 + £24,000 Commission

As a result, we are recruiting a trainee/graduate recruitment consultant to grow our sales and join our exclusive start-up recruitment business.
About the role:
- You will be a part of the highest performing sales team in the business who live and breathe the job.
- Thrown into cold calling, sourcing and qualifying potential candidates on a daily basis.
- Resourcing and reporting to the business directors being their eyes and ears in the marketplace.
- Working with our consultants and management to ensure revenue and growth targets are not only met but exceeded.
About you:
- You will be a self-starter, natural overachiever, with the determination to succeed and win no matter the cost.
- We are looking for someone with the hunger and ambition to put in the hard work and see the results.
