The Role
This will initially be a temporary position, with the strong possibility of developing into a permanent apprenticeship opportunity for the right person. You will support the recruitment team with finding, speaking to and registering candidates for temporary job vacancies. Full training will be provided, so recruitment experience is not required, however previous sales experience is an advantage.

- Searching job boards and databases for suitable candidates
- Calling candidates to discuss job opportunities
- Registering new candidates and collecting key information
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Updating the recruitment system with candidate details
- Speaking with workers about availability, experience and job preferences

What We're Looking For
- Confident speaking to people on the phone
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Positive, hardworking and enthusiastic
- Organised and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Interested in recruitment, sales, business or customer service
- Able to work well as part of a small, busy team
No previous recruitment experience is needed. The most important things are attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
What You'll Get
- Full training and support from an experienced recruitment team
- A genuine opportunity to build a career in recruitment
- Experience in a busy, fast-growing business
- The chance to progress into a permanent apprenticeship role
- Supportive office environment
- Long-term development for the right person
Career Progression
This role is a great first step into the recruitment industry. If successful, the temporary position is likely to move into a permanent apprenticeship opportunity, where you will continue developing your skills while working towards a recognised qualification.
