This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Coordinator looking to play a key role in delivering a range of affordable housing and regeneration projects across the Midlands. The Role
As a Technical Coordinator, you will support the technical delivery of multiple residential developments from planning through to completion. Working closely with internal departments, consultants and local authorities, the Technical Coordinator will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical and design information for residential developments
- Assist with the management of external consultants and specialist designers
- Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions
