Think Recruitment are currently working with a leading main construction contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for a flagship £38 million industrial development in Stoke-on-Trent. This state-of-the-art warehouse new-build scheme offers the opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work and excellent long-term career prospects.
The Role
Reporting directly into the Project Manager, you will be the Number 2 on site and will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Driving programme delivery
- Maintaining high health & safety standards
- Overseeing quality control
- Coordinating trades and logistics
- Ensuring the smooth operational delivery of the build
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Senior Site Manager with a main contractor
- Experience delivering steel frame industrial / warehouse / shed projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Stable career history within permanent roles
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
