Exciting opportunity with a reputable housing association for a Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) to join its Property Maintenance and Construction team. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
As a Multi Skilled Operative with a flooring discipline, you will:
- Carry out a wide range of flooring works in both domestic and commercial properties
- Deliver work to a high standard, always putting the customer first
- Use your wider trade skills to support multi-skilled maintenance works
- Work safely and professionally, following risk assessments, drawings and specifications
- Be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing the job right first time
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have:
- NVQ Level 2 in Floorcovering (or working towards)
- Around 2 years’ on-site experience
- A valid CSCS card appropriate to the role
- Experience working in occupied homes and commercial environments
- Confidence working in a target-driven environment
- A good understanding of health & safety and risk assessments
- Ability to read and work from construction drawings
- A positive, adaptable attitude with strong communication skills
- Linked building skills to carry out multi-skilled works
