I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of a local council in the South Shields area. The successful candidate will carry out reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the South Shields and wider area. Work will include hanging doors, replacing architraves and installing skirting and all associated 2nd fix maintenance whilst liaising with tenants. The Joiner will receive: £22 P/H Umbrella 6 - 8 week contract initially with the potential of an extension.
