Think Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established property services contractor operating within the social housing sector across East Sussex. This is a permanent opportunity working on responsive repairs, maintenance, testing and installation works within occupied and void residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance
- Inspection, testing and fault finding on domestic electrical systems
- Replacing sockets, fittings and associated components
- Completing Health & Safety risk assessments
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations
- Accurately completing job sheets and work records
- Delivering excellent customer service within tenants' homes
Requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- AM2 Qualification
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience within social housing or domestic maintenance preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
