This assignment involves managing a DWP office refurbishment in Leeds. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the project, reporting to a visiting Project Manager, while coordinating multiple trades in a customer-facing environment.
Hours: 4 shifts per week, Monday-Thursday, contracted from 4:30pm. No onsite parking but parking expenses will be covered.
Key Requirements:- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshal, and Asbestos Awareness qualifications
- Experience managing refurbishment or fit-out projects, preferably in live or occupied environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades
