Site Manager – Industrial Fit-Out
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 (Company car allowance, healthcare, pension)
Are you an ambitious and driven individual looking to take the next step in your construction career? Our growing construction company, specializing in industrial fit-out projects, is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team.
The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery from inception to completion. You will work closely with senior managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing industrial fit-out projects from start to finish
- Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Support in preparing reports, schedules, and project documentation
- Assist in resolving project issues and implementing solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in construction project management (industrial fit-out experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in construction
- Proficiency in project management software is an advantage
- Full UK driving license preferred
