Site Manager Up to £65k + car allowance & Package West Midlands Regional Social Housing Contractor Think Construction are pleased to have been instructed by a leading regional social housing contractor to find a Site Manager to join their experienced team. This role offers an opportunity to join a brilliant senior team who are dedicated to delivering projects to an exceptional standard, who look after their people well and create opportunities for progression. The company Our client is an award-winning regional contractor with a reputation for quality delivery, a supportive internal culture, good work-life balance and for investing in their people. The role You will be number one on site delivering up to 150 units, on a fast-paced new build project, consisting of mostly 2-4 bed homes. As an experienced Site Manager you will manage all site resources including labour, plant and materials as well as on-site health and safety. You will be responsible for all on site production from site set up through to completion, sub-contract weekly / monthly meetings, managing programmes and working closely with clients, whilst being able to drive the subcontractors and be responsible for Quality and programme. You must be capable of managing all aspects of the production works and have excellent leadership and communication with all staff and stakeholders.
