Salary: £45k – £55k + package
We are working with a Birmingham-based design and build office fit-out company, delivering high-quality commercial interiors across office, education, and related sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of projects from start to completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities from commencement to practical completion
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on site
- Monitor programme and report progress to the Project Manager
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and inspections
- Ensure quality control and snag-free handovers
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams on site matters
- Maintain accurate site records and reports
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out / interiors
- Background in design and build environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management processes
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Full UK driving licence
