Temporary Site Manager Required – 2-Week Commercial Fit-Out Location: Stokesley (near Newcastle) Start Date: 1st September 2025 Duration: 2 Weeks We\’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to cover a 2-week commercial fit-out project starting 01/09/2025 in Stokesley, just outside of Newcastle. This is a hands-on role overseeing the fit-out of a three-story commercial unit, ensuring the smooth running of the site and maintaining health & safety standards throughout. Project Details: Fit-out of a 3-story commercial unit Overseeing subcontractors and trades on site Ensuring health & safety compliance and quality control Keeping works on programme and liaising with suppliers and project leads Daily reporting and site documentation Requirements: Previous experience managing similar fit-out or refurbishment projects SMSTS or SSSTS certification Valid First Aid at Work and CSCS card Confident managing a site independently Strong communication and organisational skills Location: The project is located in Stokesley, North Yorkshire – commutable from Newcastle and surrounding areas.
