Project Manager Required

Pay: 55,000 per annum + Package

Location: Solihull

One of our established clients are currently looking for a project manager to join the growing business based in Solihull.

About the business:

A principal contractor on projects up to 10m in value for a growing number of logistics & Industrial occupiers, investors, and developers. Specialising in large scale full fit out, FM, FFE and refurbishment projects.

The right person will have experience on the following:

  • Manage fit-out projects from tender stage through to completion
  • Prepare and review tender submissions and project estimates
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and client requirements
  • Attend client meetings and present project proposals
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and procurement
  • Develop project programmes, budgets, and cost plans
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance
  • Liaise with design teams, site managers, and consultants
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders regularly
  • Support business development and maintain client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
