Freelance Site Manager - Bar & Restaurant Fit Out Location: Sheffield Rate: £280-£300 per day Duration: 8-10 Weeks We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a bar and restaurant fit out project in Sheffield. We are looking for someone with a strong fit out and refurbishment background, ideally with previous experience delivering hospitality projects such as bars, restaurants, pubs or similar commercial environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the required standard. Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day running of the project. Coordinating subcontractors and specialist fit out trades. Overseeing internal fit out works and finishes. Managing site logistics, deliveries and labour. Ensuring the project stays on programme. Maintaining health and safety standards. Managing RAMS, inductions and site documentation. Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager within fit out and refurbishment. Experience delivering bars, restaurants, pubs or hospitality fit outs preferred. Strong knowledge of internal fit out works and finishes. SMSTS. CSCS Card. First Aid qualification. What's on Offer: £280-£300 per day. 8-10-week freelance contract.
