I'm working with a small business in Sheffield looking for some help over the next 2-3 months. They specialise in commercial interiors in the office and education sector. Projects valued from £100k - £1m around the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the commercial aspects of projects from start through to completion
- Procuring subcontractors and managing tender processes
- Evaluating subcontractor quotations and negotiating terms
- Administering subcontract accounts, including valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Monitoring project costs, cash flow, and profitability
- Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
- Producing accurate and timely financial reports
Pay rate will be £300 - £350 per day and outside of IR35. It will be 5 days per week in the office/site.
