This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator looking to play a key role in delivering a range of affordable housing and regeneration projects across the Midlands. The Role
As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the technical delivery of multiple residential developments from planning through to completion. Working closely with internal departments, consultants and local authorities, the Senior Technical Coordinator will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with programme requirements.

- Manage and coordinate all technical and design information for residential developments
- Appoint, manage and monitor external consultants and specialist designers
