Senior Structural / Revit Technician

Think Recruitment are currently working with a well established and growing consultancy who, due to a significant increase in their workload, are looking to appoint a Senior Technician to their Nottingham team.\\n\\nOur client have a fantastic reputation for delivering projects across a wide range of sectors, from high rise residential and commercial to industrial developments and so are looking for an experience Technician to play a key role in the delivery of these projects.\\n\\nWith a solid consultancy background, the ideal candidate will be responsible for;\\n\\nUndertaking technical drawing work in 2D and 3D on major infrastructure projects.\\nProducing reinforcement bending schedules for reinforced concrete\\nManaging workload on numerous projects to ensure deadlines are met and client requirements are fulfilled\\nTaking a lead role in larger schemes to plan work and delegate to other Technicians within the Department\\nMentoring Junior Technicians]\\nLiaising with Clients and external design teams on a daily basis\\nContributing to and taking an active role in the improvement of Company and Drawing Office proceduresTo be considered you will have good all-round technical drawing expertise using Revit and AutoCAD for all building materials, knowledge of civil and structural build details and construction interfaces and experience in the detailing of structures in reinforced concrete and steelwork, while knowledge in use of BIM packages such as Navisworks and ReCAP would also be advantageous.\\n\\nIn return our client offer excellent scope for career development, hybrid working options and the opportunity to work on a variety of large, prestigious projects across the UK, so for full details on their exciting role please call or apply today
