Senior Recruitment Consultant Birmingham Sutton Coldfield Permanent Position
Salary: 27,000 – 30,000 + Commison

As a result we are recruiting a experienced senior recruitment consultant to grow our sales and join our exclusive start up recruitment business.
About the role:
You will be a part of the highest performing sales team in the business who live and breathe the job. Thrown into cold calling, sourcing and qualifying potential candidates on a daily basis.
Resourcing and reporting to the business directors being their eyes and ears in the market place. Working with our consultants and management to ensure revenue and growth targets are not only met but exceeded.
You will be required to manage our existing accounts, grow client spend and bring in new business.
About you:
You will be a self-starter, natural overachiever, with the determination to succeed and win no matter the cost.
We are looking for someone with the hunger and ambition to put in the hard work and see the results.
You must be resilient not afraid of rejection and understand that success in our field takes time. Having a strong work ethic and a flair for entrepreneurship needs to be in your nature.
Must be able to bring in new business and have a proven track record of winning new clients.
Expected previous billings of 165,000 – 200,000 per financial year.

- Salary of 25,000 – 27,000 depending on experience (Plus commission)
