I am working with a developer that specializes in high-end projects where attention to detail and quality is essential.

Project Details:
The project is a £10m high-end project in Nottinghamshire, which includes a swimming pool, underground car park, and spa.

The Role:
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead their project, working alongside the company Director.

Qualifications:
You will have a background of leading multi-million pound projects and have previously worked with a Tier One contractor. Suitable candidates must be SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified.
