We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator on behalf of an established organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially minded individual looking for a varied role that combines sales, marketing and coordination within a busy and supportive team.

The Role

  • Supporting the sales and marketing teams with day-to-day activities
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns, materials and promotional activity
  • Assisting with sales and marketing reports
  • Maintaining accurate customer and marketing information
  • Supporting events, meetings and promotional activities
  • Liaising with internal teams, customers and external suppliers
  • Assisting with digital and social media activity
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Helping to identify opportunities to improve processes and commercial activity

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident, with excellent communication skills and an interest in developing their career across sales and marketing. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within sales, marketing, coordination or administration
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and positive approach
  • The confidence to communicate with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in sales and marketing
