Exciting opportunity for a roofer to join a reputable leading housing association! I am looking for a roofer to work with an established social housing provider in the Maryport area. This is an ongoing temporary contract with the potential of a permanent contract after 12 weeks.
The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the Maryport area. Work will include laying felt, replacing tiles and all aspects of flat/pitched roof repairs.
You will receive:
- £17.10 PAYE
- 3 months minimum of work - potentially temporary to permanent.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete:
- Planned maintenance on domestic properties
- 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 in roofing or equivalent qualification.
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to pass a basic DBS.
