I am looking for a roofer to work with an established social housing provider in the Durham area.
This is an ongoing temporary contract for the foreseeable future.
The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the Durham area. Work will include laying felt, replacing tiles, flat/pitched roof repairs, part rendering walls and chimneys, repair brickwork as well as cladding and replacing loft insulation.
You will receive:
- £20 P/H
- Ongoing work/temp to perm
The successful candidate will be expected to complete:
- Planned maintenance on domestic properties
- 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Time served or relevant trade qualification
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- Full UK driving license
