About the Business
A principal contractor on projects up to £10m in value for a growing number of logistics & industrial occupiers, investors, and developers. Specialising in large scale full fit out, FM, FFE and refurbishment projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage fit‑out projects from tender stage through to completion
- Prepare and review tender submissions and project estimates
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and client requirements
- Attend client meetings and present project proposals
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and procurement
- Develop project programmes, budgets, and cost plans
- Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance
- Liaise with design teams, site managers, and consultants
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders regularly
- Support business development and maintain client relationships
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
