Painter (SE6 region)
Painter based in the SE6 region required to work with a leading Housing Association.
I am looking for an experienced multi trade painter to carry out planned repairs on void and tenanted social housing properties across the Catford region.
Work will include carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating including support with damp and mould.
This is a temporary position working a standard 37 hours per week Monday – Friday.
Pay rate: £01 – £22 per hour with a van and fuel card provided or you can use your own van with 0.45p per mile reimbursed.
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 in Painting.
- You will have experience of delivering multi-trade work with additional trade skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Basic DBS.
