Fantastic opportunity for a professional painter to work with one of the UKs leading and highly reputable housing associations covering the East Kilbride region.
My client, who is an award-winning housing association, is looking for an experienced and professional cleaner to assist with painting care homes.
The successful candidate will carry out painting and decorating around window reveals after new windows have been installed, glossing MDF windowsills and pine handrails and preparing and painting en-suite walls within two care homes, one based in East Bride, the second in Kilmarnock.
Responsibilities
- Carry out painting and decorating around window reveals after new windows have been installed
- Gloss MDF windowsills and pine handrails
- Prepare and paint en-suite walls within two care homes (one based in East Bride, the second in Kilmarnock)
Benefits / Pay
- £15.50-£16.00 P/H Umbrella or CIS (dependant on experience)
- Van will be provided or mileage paid
- On going temporary work
- Hours – Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30
Requirements
- Experience carrying out the above duties
- Previous social housing/council house painting experience
