Our client, a well-established SME contractor, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery across a broad range of commercial and compliance-based projects. The company specialises in commercial fit-outs, passive fire protection works (FIRAS), electrical installations, and social housing refurbishments.
This is a senior, hands-on position reporting directly into a Company Director. You will be responsible for managing operational workload, coordinating multiple sites and subcontractors, and ensuring consistent quality, safety, and compliance across all works.
Requirements:
- Proven experience overseeing commercial fit-out, passive fire protection, electrical installation and housing works
- Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
