Experienced and professional Grounds Maintenance Operative required to work with a leading facilities management services company in Nottingham. My client requires an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operator to join their award-winning maintenance division on an ongoing temporary contract.

- Pay: £15.37 per hour (Paid weekly via umbrella)
- Hours: 42 Hours
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: likely to be multiple months
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining school outdoor areas to a high standard
- Grass cutting and general grounds upkeep
- Operating equipment such as strimmers and other powered tools
- Marking out football pitches and running track lines
- Ensuring all areas are tidy, safe, and presentable at all times
- Travelling between various school locations across the Newark area
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Enhanced DBS check (required due to working in schools)
- Previous grounds maintenance or similar experience desirable
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ideal but not essential:
- PA1 & PA6 spraying licence
- Licence to drive a trailer
