I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of the council in the Darlington area. The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of 2nd fix maintenance in a busy planned repairs environment. Duties include fitting and repairing doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens, worktops, flooring and completing refurbishment works to a high standard.

- Van provided for work purposes only.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete:
- Planned repairs in domestic properties to a high standard.
- 7:30AM - 3:30PM, Monday to Friday
- Work to a high standard
I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:
- City and Guilds or NVQ in carpentry or joinery.
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
