Our client, a highly successful 5 housebuilder, is looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join their award-winning team in Mark Harborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused sales professional to work with one of the industry’s leading developers, representing a premium brand and helping customers find their perfect new home.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion, delivering an exceptional level of service throughout the process.

The Role:

  • Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to completion
  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers, understanding their needs and requirements
  • Conduct viewings, home demonstrations, and site tours
  • Achieve sales targets and maximise every opportunity
  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain excellent communication throughout
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Support the continued success and reputation of the development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within new homes sales is preferred
