Multi-Trade Operative – North London & Watford

£21.00 per hour | Monday-Friday | 08:00-16:00 | Van Provided | Temp-to-Perm

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative (Plumbing bias) to work across tenanted social housing properties throughout North London (Enfield, Barnet, Haringey, Waltham Forest) and extending into Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking long‑term stability with a genuine route into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plumbing repairs, installations, diagnostics & general maintenance
• Undertaking multi‑trade tasks: basic carpentry, tiling, plaster patching & painting
• Working independently in tenanted properties while delivering excellent customer service
• Completing all tasks safely, efficiently, and to high professional standards
• Accurate completion of job reports and paperwork

Requirements

• Experience as a Multi‑Trade Operative or Plumbing Multi‑Trader
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade – plumbing preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence – essential
• Own tools (van provided for work use)
• Able to work Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Available for a 5th of January start
