Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative (Carpentry Bias) based local to Birmingham to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Social Housing properties across Birmingham with some travel to Derby & Leicester.

Duties will include:

  • Carrying out Planned / Reactive Maintenance within social housing properties across the Midlands.
  • Working in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
  • Carpentry works will be the primary job, but you will also need to carry out basic Plumbing, Painting and Tiling.
  • Carrying out Snagging works once New Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.

Experience/Skills required:

  • Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.
  • Experience within Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
  • Driving licence is essential as you will be required to carry out a mobile role.
  • A full DBS will need to be carried out if successful, the DBS would need to be clear to be considered.
  • Carpentry Qualifications would be advantageous.

Hours: 40 Hours, Full Time.
