Multi Trade Operative (experienced Carpenter) required to work with a leading maintenance contractor based in the North West of England. Looking for someone who is an experienced Carpenter/Joiner with a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery, who lives close to Liverpool and has their own vehicle.
You will be working on void properties (mainly), ideally someone who has multi-trade experience too. My client requires skilled and professional multi-trade operatives to assist with delivering high quality and cost-effective property repairs and refurbishments, estate services, gas servicing and installation, and maintenance service across the UK to both internal and external clients.
- Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
- Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Resolve problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures.
