- Position: Multi Trade Operative
- Salary: £35,000
- Location: Macclesfield
- Contract: Permanent (PAYE)
- Bonuses: Pension, Holiday Allowance, Van and Fuel Card or Car Allowance
Duties
- Carrying out Planned / Reactive Maintenance within social housing properties across Mansfield.
- Working in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
- Carpentry works will be the primary job, but also carrying out basic Plumbing, Painting and Tiling.
- Required to carry out Snagging works once New Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.
Experience / Skills
- Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.
- Experience within Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
- Driving licence is essential as you will be required to carry out a mobile role.
- A full DBS will need to be carried out if successful, and it must be clear to be considered.
- Carpentry/ Plumbing Qualifications would be advantageous.
- CSCS card.
