Mobile Cleaner

Mobile Cleaners required to work with a leading midlands based Housing Association based in Worcester.

My client requires a number of experienced mobile cleaners to work on a long term temporary contract.

Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal,
Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
Support when no lone working is required
Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.Job details:

Start date: As soon a candidates are available

Location: Worcester and Surrounding region

Duration: 3 months plus

Hours: 37 hours + out of hours Monday – Sunday

Pay rate: £14.50 – £15 per hour

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience

Full UK Driving License

Own transport

MUST HAVE Full UK driving license

Good communication skills
