Think Construction is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join a leading 5‑star house builder in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a well‑established Midlands house builder delivering high‑quality traditional new build homes.

Role

As the Site Manager, you will be the number one on site delivering a development of up to 66 traditional build homes, mainly consisting of 3‑5 bedroom properties.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the site from groundworks through to completion
  • Managing labour, subcontractors, plant and materials
  • Driving programme and production
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
  • Managing quality and NHBC standards
  • Leading subcontractor meetings
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Delivering the project on time and within programme

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Site Manager for a house builder or residential developer
  • Proven experience delivering traditional build housing developments
