Think Recruitment are currently looking for Domestic Electricians to carry out repairs and maintenance within Domestic Properties and Social Housing properties across Leicester. These properties will be both tenanted and void needing planned and reactive maintenance works.
Duties will include:
- Repairs and maintenance within Domestic / Social Housing properties
- Call out rota (optional overtime)
- EICR Testing
- Remedial Work
- Consumer Unit Changes
Experience/Skills required:
- Recognized qualifications and certificates (18th Edition and Gold Card / NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations)
- 2391 - Testing and Inspection (beneficial)
- Driving licence is essential.
Hours: 40 hours per week
