Electrician - Social Housing Maintenance East Sussex - Hastings, St Leonards & Bexhill-on-Sea

Up to £40,000 + Van & Fuel Card

Think Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established property services contractor operating within the social housing sector across East Sussex. This is a permanent opportunity working on responsive repairs, maintenance, testing and installation works within occupied and void residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance
  • Inspection, testing and fault finding on domestic electrical systems
  • Replacing sockets, fittings and associated components
  • Completing Health & Safety risk assessments
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations
  • Accurately completing job sheets and work records
  • Delivering excellent customer service within tenants' homes

Requirements

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • AM2 Qualification
  • 2391 Inspection & Testing
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience within social housing or domestic maintenance preferred
  • Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
