Resident Liaison Officer 📍 Leicester 💰 £33,000 + Car Allowance We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established social housing maintenance contractor for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a planned externals programme across Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and experience working within social housing, construction or property maintenance, helping to ensure residents are fully informed and supported throughout improvement works. The Role Act as the main point of contact for residents before, during and after works. Build positive relationships with tenants, addressing any questions or concerns. Arrange and attend resident meetings and property visits. Keep residents updated on programme schedules and any changes. Work closely with site teams to minimise disruption and ensure a positive customer experience. Resolve complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary. Maintain accurate records and complete all relevant administration.About You Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or in a similar customer-facing role within social housing or construction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload. Confident using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records.
