We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in delivering essential estate maintenance services across the Kirkby and wider region, supporting Social Housing properties.

Duties Include:
  • Working within a busy team to assist with void property clearances and bin room clean-ups
  • Fly-tipping removal across estates in the region
  • Grounds maintenance: grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general estate upkeep
  • Cleaning and preparation of vacant (void) properties
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in grounds maintenance, property clearance, or cleaning
  • Comfortable with manual work and outdoor conditions
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driver's licence is essential
Pay & Benefits:
  • £16.78 per hour umbrella
  • Full-time hours: 07:30 AM – 04:00 PM
