We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in delivering essential estate maintenance services across the Kirkby and wider region, supporting Social Housing properties.
Duties Include:
- Working within a busy team to assist with void property clearances and bin room clean-ups
- Fly-tipping removal across estates in the region
- Grounds maintenance: grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general estate upkeep
- Cleaning and preparation of vacant (void) properties
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in grounds maintenance, property clearance, or cleaning
- Comfortable with manual work and outdoor conditions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driver's licence is essential
Pay & Benefits:
- £16.78 per hour umbrella
- Full-time hours: 07:30 AM - 16:00 PM
