Think Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer / Tenant Liaison Officer to join a social housing project based at The Crossings in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous resident liaison or customer-facing experience within the social housing sector who can build strong relationships with tenants and ensure works are delivered smoothly.

The Role

  • Liaising with residents before, during and after works take place.
  • Keeping tenants informed of appointments, progress updates and any changes.
  • Managing resident expectations and resolving queries or concerns.
  • Supporting site teams to ensure works run smoothly.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Building positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Assisting with complaints handling and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience working within social housing, planned works or maintenance environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
