Bricklayer - Merseyside
Location: Merseyside (L22)
Salary: Up to £31,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Think Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Bricklayer to join a leading property repairs and maintenance contractor working across Merseyside.
The Role
You'll carry out a variety of brickwork repairs and building maintenance within occupied and void residential properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Brickwork repairs to walls and structures
- Blockwork, repointing and general masonry repairs
- Cutting and laying bricks and blocks
- Working from drawings and job specifications
- Maintaining safe and tidy work areas
- Completing job records using a PDA/digital system
- Providing a professional service to residents
Requirements
- Proven bricklaying experience
- Experience in repairs and maintenance or social housing (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Good understanding of Health & Safety
- Full UK driving licence
