Location: Northampton

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (up to £65k OTE) + Hybrid Working (2/3 days at home) + Salary Reviews + Healthcare + 33 Days Holiday

Responsibilities

  • Internal Sales Enablement & Relationship Building: Work across Bechtle's regional sales teams to raise visibility of the full Interiors offering, including office furniture and complete fit-out solutions. Deliver training and support account managers during early-stage discussions.
  • Opportunity Generation & Pipeline Growth: Review account bases with account managers to identify opportunities for interiors or Modern Workplace projects. Drive cross-sell activity and track opportunities within the CRM.
  • Early-Stage Support & Opportunity Handover: Assist with qualifying new leads and attend early client meetings to support positioning. Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
  • Market Insight & Competitor Awareness: Monitor workplace trends and share insights with leadership to help shape strategy and marketing activity.
