HR Officer

We are looking for a HR Officer to join the team of an established organisation in the Swindon area on an interim basis. This role is offering a chance to expand your HR experience and directly impact the organisations HR processes and strategies, advising managers as required. HR Officer Monday to Friday Temporary Swindon £27-30ph paid weekly via umbrella As a HR Officer, your main duties are: To provide HR support and assistance to the HR Operations team and give advice and guidance to managers and staff Responsible for screening all vacancies, identifying potential redeployment opportunities for employees on the redeployment register and assist in matching them to suitable alternative jobs Ensures senior stakeholders receive insight from their people data (e.g. sickness reporting, grievance numbers etc.) To contribute to the overall development of the HR team including HR policy development and projects.To be successful as a HR Officer, you will need: Previous HR experience CIPD Qualification Experience advising stakeholders on HR processesWe are interested in speaking to any HR BP, HR Business partner, Assistant HR BP, Assistant HR Business partner, HR advisor, HR consultant, HR specialist, ER Advisor, ER Specialist, Onboarding officer, Employment specialist If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this advert.
