Experienced and professional Grounds Maintenance Operatives required to work with a leading and highly reputable Local Authority. My client requires experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join their award-winning maintenance division on an ongoing temporary contract.
Location: Kidderminster (Wyre Forest District Council)
Pay: £16.92 per hour (Paid weekly via umbrella)
Hours: 37 Hours (7am - 3pm Monday to Friday with possibility of weekend cover)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (potentially a rolling contract)
- Looking for experience of strimmers, pedestrian mowers and ideally ride-on mowers
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Experience of domestic/commercial garden or grounds maintenance/landscaping
- Basic understanding of Health and Safety at Work
- Technology Proficiency: Competence in using office software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, email and other in-house systems
- Be prepared to work outdoors in all weathers
- Physical fitness and mobility to withstand long periods of standing or walking
- Capability to build rapport with customers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a positive working environment
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively, manage time efficiently
