Experienced and professional Electrical Tester required to work with a leading and highly reputable nationwide maintenance contractor. My client is one of the fastest growing and highly reputable nationwide maintenance contractors and is looking for an experienced and professional Electrical Tester to carry out electrical testing and minor remedial works on domestic properties across the Great Yarmouth area. Location: Great Yarmouth Pay: £70 per test (Paid via CIS) Hours: Complete 4-5 properties per day Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Electrical Tester Carry out EICRs within occupied social housing properties Replace smoke alarms where required Complete minor electrical repairs including changing plug sockets Accurately complete all testing certificates and documentation Work efficiently to complete 4-5 properties per day Ensure all works are carried out in line with current electrical regulations and Health & Safety requirements Larger remedial works will be completed by a separate teamRequirements Must hold 18th Edition qualification Must hold City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification) Must hold a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification Must have experience working within a social housing environment Must hold a full UK Driving Licence Must have own van, tools and calibrated electrical tester Ability to work independently and manage workload effectivelyBenefits Materials supplied by the client Ongoing CIS contract Consistent work available across the Great Yarmouth area Large remedial works completed by a dedicated teamPlease apply if interested and the consultant looking after this will be in touch!
