This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and develop within a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will work closely with the experienced Project Managers / Contracts Managers and shadow them on various stages of project delivery. You will be introduced to all aspects of managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, learning about client relations, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow Contracts Managers and assist with the management of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Attend and participate in client meetings, developing communication and presentation skills.
- Take photographs on-site for progress documentation and reporting.
- Support with compliance and safety checks, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Learn how to manage site teams, contractors, and suppliers effectively.

- A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
